Users struggle with complex navigation, making it difficult to find essential information, while the booking process is cumbersome and unintuitive; additionally, outdated or inaccurate details on locations, schedules, and attractions further hinder the experience. Multiple reviews of the application being unusable showcase how much potential this app can grow with a complete refresh.

Complicated Booking Process: Booking tickets or tours through the app is cumbersome and not intuitive.

Strengthen Mobile App: Fix mobile app issues for a smooth, user-friendly experience, and simplify finding bus stops.

Global Integration: Standardize information and services across countries.

02 The Userflow

I began to plan sitemap with like itinerary search,login/signup, media sharing, package search, payment, password verification, ticket display, and bus driver. There are more indepth clients and server flows that will be shown in design.

This is a basic flow of the userdiagram for CitySightseeing's user to plan their account creation to purchasing packages or bus services for tickets.
